Associate Pastor

Role Highlights:

• An Associate Pastor with an emphasis in ministering to youth and children
• Help lead Sunday morning and Wednesday night ministries for youth and children
• On Wednesday nights, you can choose to work with either the children’s group or the youth group based on your gifts and interests
• Help plan or participate in one special event per month for children or youth (e.g., movie nights, service projects, outreach events)
• Preach once per month in the Sunday morning service

Who We’re Looking For:

• A spiritually mature Christian with a heart for kids, teens, and their families
• Someone relational, enthusiastic, and dependable—whether 2 kids show up or 22
• Someone who can work well within a church body that holds a variety of secondary theological views but remains united around the core truths of the Gospel. We value grace, humility, and the ability to agree to disagree on non-essential doctrines while keeping Christ at the center

Our Current Ministry Snapshot:

• Wednesday Nights: 8-12 children and 4-5 youth
• Sunday Mornings: 2-4 children and 4-5 youth
• Average Sunday Morning Worship: 40-50
