Crosswinds Church in Plainfield, IL is looking for an innovative and creative individual to lead our Sunday worship services and special events. Plainfield is a young and developing community, and our church's worship style is contemporary Christian. We are a body that seeks to communicate the gospel in creative ways to reach new people. This position is a part-time paid position with responsibilities for selecting music for congregational worship, leading a weekly practice, working with staff/volunteers to plan worship, and inspiring people to grow as leaders. The applicant must possess a spiritual calling and the ability to lead worship. They also must have a passion for building up other people's gifts, continue to grow in their abilities, and be part of the church's life. The position is currently part-time, 15 hours per week.
