Lakeland Baptist Church is seeking a part-time Worship & Technology Leader to collaborate with the pastor and a
committed volunteer team. This role combines worship leadership with technical and media oversight to create clear, creative, and Gospel-centered worship experiences—both in person and online.
Key Responsibilities
? Plan, rehearse, and lead worship services with vocal and instrumental proficiency
? Shepherd, train, and develop worship and technology volunteers
? Collaborate with the pastor and staff to design engaging worship services
? Oversee audio, livestream, media, and worship-related technology
? Coordinate service slides, livestreams, website updates, and social media
? Manage worship-related administrative needs (budget, CCLI reporting, quarterly reports)
? Support special services and church events
? Participate in staff meetings and assist with ministry operations as needed
Qualifications & Skills
? Proven ability to lead worship vocally and instrumentally
? Proficiency in creation, planning and leading worship services and support teams
? Working knowledge of church audio, streaming, and worship technology
(Planning Center, ProPresenter, MultiTracks, Ableton, or similar)
? Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
? Servant-hearted leader who works well with all age groups

Position Details
? Hours: Part-time (20–30 hours/week); possible blend of office and remote work
? Education: High school diploma required; additional ministry training or experience preferred
? Compensation: Commensurate with education and experience
