Northside Baptist Church of Princeton Ky is prayerfully and excitedly seeking a fulltime pastor to lead the church to function as a New Testament church. Northside’s history shows rich blessings by God’s continued grace with over two million dollars given to the cooperative program and many other missions combined. Plus, God has called several members of our congregation to full time and part time ministry by vocation. For this we are very humbled and extremely thankful. To God be all the glory!
The pastor position will lead the congregation, it’s organizations and church staff in achievement of its mission, proclaiming the gospel to believers and unbelievers, and care for the church members and others in the community. The pastor should be a gifted leader with strong biblical knowledge and application with a clear calling to his ministry. The pastor will support the ministry of the Northside Constitution and Bylaws, Kentucky Baptist Convention, and the Southern Baptist Convention as the primary means of involvement in international and North American missions. The pastor will be in doctrinal alignment with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
Education: Seminary Degree
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years as pastor
